Logic Industries LLC does not accept returns
or provide refunds unless the customer has first contacted us
in writing to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization Number
(hereafter referred to as "RMA#").
Once an RMA# has been obtained the customer should
package the goods at least as well as they were packaged originally,
and write or otherwise affix the RMA# to the outside of the
package. All returned goods should be shipped via common carrier
or the US Postal Service to the address provided when the RMA#
was obtained. Insurance should be purchased and care taken when
repackaging goods for return, as any damage sustained in transit
will reduce the value of the returned goods and thus reduce
the refund they are eligible for.
All goods returned, whether by the RMA# process
or otherwise, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless the
reason for the return was an error on the part of Logic Industries
LLC (to be decided at Logic Industries LLC's sole discretion).
All refunds will be calculated soley from the value of the goods
returned. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
